How do I book?
Send an enquiry with the date, location, timings and what the photos are for. I’ll confirm availability, send a simple booking form, and your date is secured once the deposit is paid.
Do you take a deposit?
Yes a deposit secures the date and the balance is due before delivery of the final gallery (or on the event day for smaller bookings).
How much do you charge?
Pricing depends on hours, location, and what you need the images for. Most bookings are priced by the hour and include editing and an online gallery. Send your details and I’ll give a clear quote.
How far in advance should I book?
Weekends get booked first, so the earlier the better. If your date is soon, still message I often have last minute availability.
What if we need to change the date?
If I’m available for the new date, I’ll happily move your booking. If not, we’ll follow the terms in the booking agreement.
What’s included in your packages?
Photography coverage, professional editing, and a private online gallery to view, download and share your images. Corporate jobs can include a small set of “next-day” highlight images if needed.
Do you work internationally?

Do you offer custom packages?
Yes if you need shorter coverage, longer coverage, multiple locations, or a monthly retainer for regular content, I can tailor it.
What’s your photography style?
Natural, candid, documentary-style coverage. I focus on real moments, atmosphere, details and storytelling with minimal posing unless you want it.
Do you do posed shots too?
Absolutely I can do quick group photos and a few guided portraits, but I keep it relaxed and fast so you can get back to enjoying the event.
How many photos will we get?
It depends on the length of coverage and what’s happening on the day. I don’t cap the number you’ll receive a strong set of the best images, fully edited.
Do you retouch the photos?
Every delivered image is edited for colour, exposure and consistency. Light retouching is included where it makes sense (e.g., small distractions). Heavier retouching can be added if required.
When will we receive the photos?
Typically within 3–7 days for most events. For corporate/PR work I can often provide a small set of highlights within 24–48 hours if needed.
How do we receive the images?
Via a private online gallery where you can download high-resolution images and share the link with friends, guests, or your team.
Where are you based and do you travel?
I regularly cover Liverpool/Manchester and the wider UK, and I’m happy to travel internationally. Just share the date, location and schedule and I’ll confirm availability and provide a clear travel-inclusive quote.
Can we print and share the photos?
Yes — personal clients can download, print and share freely.
Can we use the photos for business/marketing?
Yes corporate/event clients receive a licence to use images for web, social, PR and marketing. If you need usage for large campaigns, ads, billboards etc. just tell me and I’ll quote accordingly.
Do you share our photos online?
Only with permission. If you’d prefer full privacy that’s absolutely fine.
What do you need from us on the day?
A quick rundown of the schedule, any “must-have” shots (speakers, awards, key guests, branding), and a point of contact. Then I’ll work quietly in the background capturing everything
What if lighting is really dark?
No problem I’m used to low-light venues and I bring professional kit (including flash when appropriate) to keep images clean and flattering.
We’re camera-shy — can you help?
Definitely. I work in a relaxed way and focus on natural moments. Most people forget the camera is there after 10 minutes.
Do you offer video too?
I can offer short social clips for certain events, depending on the brief. If you need full videography, I can recommend a specialist.
Do you offer albums/prints?
Yes prints and albums can be added after you’ve seen your gallery.
